What we collect

Only what you type into our enquiry forms: your name, your email address, a telephone number if you choose to give one, any Cambridge connection you mention, and your message. We also keep a coded record of your device to stop automated spam.

How we use it

Your enquiry is stored securely in our website database and read only by the Lodge Secretary. A copy is emailed to the Lodge’s inbox using the email service Resend so that we can reply to you.

If you are asking about membership, your details may be shared with the membership team at Metropolitan Grand Lodge of London.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are deleted automatically after 12 months.

Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by using the contact form on this website. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
